Terrible experience with them. They were hired by an insurance company which cost me $85 for them to show up which was fine . Made me wait 4 days to show up and then The technician was incredibly rude and arrogant, didnt know the codes in Johnston county, basically called me a liar, didnt care what I had to say, and pretty much refused to do the work, and drove off. Had to find another plumber on (now really short) notice. Now I have to pay out of pocket because they wont call ins co. HORRIBLE experience! I wouldnt recommend them to a person I DISliked. To follow upa person representing themselves as Mr. Bass did return my call and was aware of my review. He basically told me it was everyone elses fault but not his rude and ridiculous technician. Then proceeded to tell me that all communication with the insurance co was always verbal so of course he could not provide proof of any communication between his tech and the warranty company that he claims is mandatory. Yep I guess he figures I bumped off the turnip wagon last night. At this point I wouldnt recommend the livestock depend on them for water. To further follow up. The person representing themselves as Mr. Bass called again. Told me again that I was wrong and that he had talked to the company and I had handled it wrong. HE DOESNT get paid that fee for coming out at all. So I guess he must be the SAINT of plumbers. I mean paying an employee and the cost of the van/transportation all the way from Fayetteville to Clayton NC for not one dime in payment from the insurance company. Absolutely NO acknowledgement that HIS employee was the one that started this train wreck anyway. Pitiful.
