Mr. Randy and his crew were lifesaving! I had a bad back up in my washing machine drain that I tried to snake and clear. When I did that the snake was caught. The snake was a rental so there was a deadline on returning that. I called Randy and I knew he was the right person to call from the moment he answered the phone. He was down to earth and easy to talk to about my problem, which quite frankly was embarrassing to me b/c I usually am able to handle jobs around the house. Randy and his crew came the very next morning (because I called him after five). My kids of course were in virtual school which Mr. Randy and his crew did not disturb at all. My problem was much greater then I imagined and I could see the dollar bills running in my head. Mr. Randy continued to work at my problem no matter what road block he faced and made it a priority to solve it as if it was his problem to solve. I am glad to say that they did solve the problem clearing my drain, retrieving the rental tool and repairing my drain line. When I got the bill it was really reasonable given all the hard work they did. Mr. Randy and his crew have a customer for life! Thanks for all your help! Please call him if you need a plumber!
