BEWARE, was very disappointed in the quality of the repair and excessive charges, for the work done which took about 10 minutes. They replaced our cooper parts, and soldering parts, With all PVC TUBING, THAT WAS CUT UNEVEN ,WAS NOT FLUSHED, USED THIN CLAMPS TO HOLD PVC TUBING, AND DID NO SOLDERING. When we made the appointment , Rhonda advised the boss Ricky, stated the charge would be, $75 for a service visit, $75 for labor, plus parts. However after the work was completed the repairman stated his boss Ricky said to charge $240, and the charges would be emailed and Ricky was not available to speak with me. I called the office again spoke with Rhonda, she stated the parts only cost $12 . Total cost should have been $162 , states she will have Ricky call me, however, no follow-up was made. By the way, THEY TOOK ALL OUR ORIGINAL PARTS, PLUS 3 CLAMPS, WITH THEM !!!!!! Service: Plumbing leak detection
