Went for a consultation to get a tonsillectomy, they tried to charge me over $100 before I was even seen the first time. Wouldnt explain where that amount was coming from. Went to a different Otolaryngologist and paid $21 for the same exact visit. I cant speak on how the doctors are since I didnt see one but the front desk experience was enough to send me away. Wouldnt recommend for your ENT needs.

My family has been with Dr. Mansfield for many many years! He is an amazing Dr. And his staff is top notch! I have to give a special thank you to Leigha this morning as she has went above and beyond to help me. Kind helpful patient! I am forever thankful! I appreciate the extra time and effort to get my dad taken care of! THANK YOU!

My mom came here because her doctor referred due to dizziness and imbalance problems. She had an appointment scheduled and they asked if she had a mask and she said no.. but they didnt even offer one! So they said she cant be seen there. She missed her appointment because of that. Most doctor offices will give a mask but they were so RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. Never coming here again!!! says THEY ARE THE DOCTORS OFFICE FROM HELL.
