      image Just wanted you to know you lost a patient today, thanks to your receptionist and her unprofessional behavior. Maybe she needed to be in one of my Customer Service classes that Ive taught many times because she failed today. No empathy, no willingness to try and help. Rude and spoke to Me like I had no knowledge whatsoever. My client, who is 100 years old, and has been to you before in the past, wasnt given a second thought. We will take our business elsewhere.
