        It has been about 6 months since I returned to this Black's Tires on Raeford Road. It wasnt as pleasant and seamless with their service this time. They addressed all my concerns with rotation, balance and wipers but pricing is way too much and the service tech broke my rear wiper arm changing blades after I reminded them to change the blade. He clearly did not know how to change the blade vs man handling it and broke it. SMH
