        Friendly staff, but unfortunately all they did was waste my time!! Called head for a tire patch. Was assured it could get done over my lunch break. I got there was told its about a 20-30 min job and about 10mins to get started, which is fine. Waited over an hour before I asked for an update, and they hadn't even started. If they would have told me from the beginning it's going to take longer it would have been ok. I would have coordinated to leave my car. Just a bad experience that could have been completely avoidable. SMH.

        I. Had a 100,000 mile service check on my vehicle. They did every thing I asked and my car has been driving great since they serviced it. They have ALWAYS given me excellent service.
