I wish there was A oak street in Sanford,nc or in Cameron,nc or in Aberdeen,nc bc I want to change to Oak Street but I don't want to travel

From the receptionist, to the exam room, to the Doctor was a wonderful and pleasant experience. The conservation with Dr Freeman gave me great confidence that Oak Street is the right choice for me.

I love all of the things that was explain to me to help me to improve my health and it made put my mind at ease to know that somebody cares abut me and not pushing me to the side

Every time I go to this facility theres always a problem for instants they do not have me in the system for a visit although someone called me and got all my information the receptionist at the front desk are incompetent on March 22 I appeared for an an appointment that was set up for me. I was offered to wait in the in the back room which has a television I waited for almost an hour. My appointment was 340 I arrived at 3:20. At 4:25 No one came to get me. I finally went to the receptionist and say hey, did you forget me? I said Ive been here for over an hour. No one responded I left and that is it for me. I will never go back to this place. They never have a provider that you see twice you do a tele interview with a provider that you are not familiar with .the advertising is false the facility is in Fayetteville North Carolina on country club Road I am a senior citizen. I have high blood pressure that needs to be controlled. Im a diabetic on insulin. I havent seen a provider in months because they dont have one for me to see please do not go to this facility if you want steady care do not go to this facility.
