        This place was horrible! For starters I was calling about piercings, didn't pick up. Then I went in person and the lady at the desk for rude and then she was like 'should have called' this place was horrible

        If I could give hem a 0 I would times 2!!! I use to love purchasing from them until today. The lady that I dealt with had the worst attitude and instead of offering a different piece of jewelry due to her ordering the wrong item... she instead told me that they can offer me a refund and thats all they can do. Will not return.
