Residence Inn by Marriott Fayetteville Cross Creek

The room was not clean, especially the bathroom floor, which was dirty and soiled. Mattress was awful, too.

The scent in our room was so overpowering that my eyes are watering. I thought it would diffuse with the fan, but it seems to get worse and worse. Laying in their uncomfortable bed right now, having not slept all night, with a sore throat and headache. Im not typically sensitive to smells, but they quite literally mustve dumped a 5-gallon bucket of vanilla-scented perfume with vomit undertones on the carpet of the room. Never staying here again.

20 day stayReally welcoming from day one. Great service throughout. Standout performance by Cameron, service manager. The guy wears multiple hats and always delivers. The entire staff made this a home away from home and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.
