Baymont by Wyndham Fayetteville Fort Bragg Area

DO NOT STAY HERE This was quite literally the most disgusting hotel ever. Roaches were everywhere. And I mean everywhere! The bathroom, the beds, the microwave/fridge. I had to change rooms 2 times! How this place is still open is crazy. It should be called a roachtel and not a hotel. Only thing good about this place was the staff. They were a super nice group of people. But, I wish the rooms matched the beautiful lobby. Noteworthy details: ROACHES EVERYWHERE!!

I suspect this place still gets business because the Defense Travel System doesnt show any reviews or ratings when booking. That coupled with G8s across the Army looking for the cheapest hotels means this place gets business. The rooms are gross with rusted fixtures, stained carpets, and roaches in the bathrooms. If youre a normal person, and get the chance to read this review before booking, spend your money somewhere else.

This hotel is in desperate need of renovations. Front desk staff needs training in customer service, staff member on the phone for about 10 minutes before acknowledging customers waiting to be checked in. Only one face towel in room, people in the parking lot working on their car, shady characters in the parking. Horrible hotel my pictures show just some of how this hotel is the floor in the elevator, my room the ceiling, wall paper, area above the air conditioner. Noteworthy details: Horrible experience

Worst hotel I have ever stayed at for 80$ plus tax. No carts to load your luggage, I am traveling with a one month old, a dog and had to carry all my things by hand to room. Room had stains on carpet, the sink in bathroom seemed like it was made for kids at the height that it was. Bed sheets were stained, curtains as well. No trash can in room, room had a funny smell. Front desk has no type of customer service. Definitely not worth 80$ a night. Hotel is ran under no management and was charged $50 for my pet to stay, when in other hotels I have paid $20. Do not stay here if you are looking to have a goodnight sleep, read the comments before, I regret not having done so.

I love Fayetteville but this hotel is not it. Infested with roaches and beetles that eat sheets and linen. Weird vibes like people dont want to do their jobs. They have big rooms and theyre super cheap, its like a suite. Thats why its so cheap. Because its terrible. Dingy and dusty and roaches just everywhere.
