This hotel staff is very rude theyre all nasty the rooms are too pricey for them to look and smell as they do the toilets were broke down everything about this place was a mess and not a good experience at all they need to fire all of them family members and have regular staff this was by far the worst experience Ive ever had and they didnt give me my rewards points for none of the days that I stayed there for from the staff to the quality of service and accommodation is well below a 1 I would never recommend this hotel its dirty sheets dirty pillows dirty showers dirty

This place is clearly overrun with crime and even an idiot could see there's human trafficking going on.

Huge mistake staying here. Terrible bed. Smelly room (smoke free, theoretically). People in the hallway shouting all night. Right on a strip where people were drag racing all night. It's 4:00 in the morning and someone's playing R&B music in the hall for all to hear. And the toilet won't flush. Rooms: Terrible bed. Smelly room. Cracks in the walls. Toilet won't flush. Phone doesn't work.
