Terrible customer service the general manager John Seneca was extremely rude and incredibly entitled he said it was concerning i had trash.isn't that normal?lol communication was lacking. The rooms look outdated need to be cleaned mold under the sink and tub. Very terrible wifi.House keeping was nice. As you can tell by the response from the owner, the entitlement is still there. There was no refusal of service.. This is the only hotel that i've had any issues with. The maid simply did not want to disturb the room. So I asked 42 trash bags to fill. I had to take out the trash myself because it was handed to me and not to clean. Check for your hospitality before you check me. As I was walking away , he had something to say but did not want to say it to my face. So I simply asked what did he say. His arrogance an ego battle Simply got the best of him. Focus on updating your hotel and your attitude and you might get more business. I'll make sure that your business slows down.his white entitlement needs direction smug attitude Being condescending and narcissistic with your guests won't help you ACTING PASSIVE AGRESSIVE. I felt more safe with the police escorting me off of the premises. Then the way that YOUR APPROACHED ME. READ YOUR OTHER REVIEWS. BTW I approached you its on cameras

Staff were very congenial but hotel is tired and could use a little facelift. Rooms: Tired Food & drinks: Standard mediocre breakfast expected at hotels of this calibre where breakfast is included
