Terrible customer service. I purchased two shower tub faucets and one was defective. They made me pay for shipping back to them ($25) and then said that I could not return it because it had adhesive on it because I had installed it, only to find that it shot the left knob off and caused water damage to my bathroom until we could get the water turned off. They then asked me to pay another $25 shipping to return the defective product back to me with a missing washer though I have photographic evidence of at least two missing parts, none of which were washers but rubber gaskets. I asked for a full refund which was refused. If their products work, there is probably no problem. However, THEY WILL LEAVE YOU HANGING IF YOUR PRODUCT DOES NOT WORK. MY SUGGESTION IS TO BUY ELSEWHERE. I have now disputed this purchase with my credit card company and will speak truthfully about their customer service. There is no customer service. And they try to extort more money from you when the consumer protection laws are absolutely clear on what the consumers rights are when they purchase a defective item: you should either get a full refund or get a replacement item. The cost should be borne by the company to make you whole. And sadly our government has to create such laws because companies like this will take advantage of nave or unsuspecting consumers. Know your rights. And purchase from another company. One that will treat you properly.

**Eating $500 Dollars for a Defective Door** My wife and I ordered a door from American Supply & Air Products online from Fayetteville, NC. The door arrived undamaged and was installed by the company who did the siding and windows on our house. The installers did great, problem was that the door was defective. The frame would not allow the door to shut correctly. The door had to be slammed to shut then was too tight to open. Everything was plumb and square, but the door was defective. American Supply & Air Products refused to take it back or make it right, because the door had been installed. This was the only way to know the door was defective. Now my wife and I have to eat a $350 dollar door and $164 in shipping for a door that will not work. My advice to a fellow consumer is to find someone else who is more honest to buy your building materials from.
