Very bad experience...THP needs to vet their contractors better. The person who answers the phone answers with a lazy hello never addressed the name of the company. I mean what kind of training is needed to answer a phone?? Never phoned me back with a diagnosis. I had to call them nearly 3 weeks later! I understand covid is an issue however phones still work too bad they don't use them or know-how to answer them. No Bueno!

We had one person come out and "look" at our AC unit, which reported back to total home protection with false information. Would not answer any calls before the initial appointment, nor contacted us after. Thanks for taking our money for nothing.

The worst! They scheduled two appointments to fix washer but NEVER called or showed up. When you call them , they either turn their phones off and /or don't pick up. Part was in for a whole week before they contacted me and still NEVER showed to fix washer. I asked Choice where are you getting this people from. They ARE NOT business minded.

You are a fool if you use this company. My AC worked (Would not turn off) prior to their arrival and they disconnected the AC, took my money and just left. 7 days later, after avoiding my calls and text, the guy calls 7 days later like it is nothing that my Family has been in NC heat without AC for 7 days without an explanation of their error and neglect.
