Be mindful that the pharmacy here likes to close up to an hour early with no reason given. They are no longer understaffed. But they still close down on the weekends. So if you are getting meds around 6 and they close at 7, have fun watching them shut everything down while people are still there, waiting for their meds.

The manager was rude i bought many travel size stuff and a dodorant was all melted so i was just passing by and i was hoping i could just exchange it they were like no it has to be a return for a 2 usd thing i paid with a gift card so it was complicated for them somehow but at the end when she did the refund that i don't think will get there cuz the other worker was there acting like it's all wrong , at the end she was rude saying it's a 1 dollar 99 cents very loud , it was just not appropriate, especially when they leave defective products on the shelfs for pple to buy !

pharmacy service is at an all time low. no customer service by the employees. only the supervisor displayed any customer care qualities.

Didn't even want to give a ONE This pharmacist here (one) has such a terrible attitude. Like it's my problem she's having problem with my insurance company! I will be switching pharmacy's TODAY

This is by far the worst pharmacy that I have been to in all of Fayetteville. I pick up multiple prescriptions from here and they can never be prepared at the same time which in turn causes me to have to drive to this building several times a week. I am old and I am handicapped so this is not an easy feat. It is hard to know when my prescriptions are actually available for pickup. Often times I do not receive a text or phone call to let me know when they are ready. I try to check the website but when I call the website and the employees contradict each other. The employees will tell me to call back in two days and when I do, they tell me to call back in three. Sometimes I have no way to request a refill online and must speak to an actual employee. Calling is a whole other problem on its own. Sometimes I call and someone picks up and hangs up on me. Sometimes I call and I can actually speak to someone but they are rude and condescending. I recognize their voice because I have to deal with them so often. The lady with the long fingernails likes to answer the phone, let you get 2 words out, interrupt you, put you on hold, and repeat. If you are trying to ask a question and get actual information, good luck. Then there are always those days when no one answers the phone at all and I have to drive up there to find out whether or not I can pick up my prescription. This pharmacy is so terrible that it is almost as if some of the employees are trying to actively run off the customers. Recently, the pharmacy has been closed on weekends as well. So if you are unable to make it up there Monday through Friday then you are just out of luck. Nothing is ever done about the bad behavior of the employees so in turn they know they have job security and continue to provide terrible service. I have already began the process of transferring my prescriptions out of this pharmacy. It was convenient at one time because I live nearby but honestly, the convenience has gone out the window when I have to deal with all of the problems at this store. This has been going on for so long that I'm surprised this store is still open and has not closed down yet. If you are looking for a great pharmacy with excellent customer service, then try Publix. They are proof that a pharmacy can be ran appropriately and in an organized manner. I have yet to run into any of the problems that I have had continuously with this particular CVS.
