Nobody answers the phone. No way to contact the clinic.

This is THE WORST pharmacy I have EVER had any experience with....AVOID THIS PHARMACY!!! They don't EVER answer the phone & they don't file your insurance properly!!! I ahead had my insurance for 3 months & even had to get authorization for my husband's medication. Next month I go to pick it up & they claim I have another insurance that I know NOTHING about!!! But won't file MY insurance because of the phantom insurance that mysterious appeared!!! But yet last year when I started my previous insurance but didn't have the ID number they wouldn't let me file it!!! So now you have a phantom insurance that I know NOTHING about & won't file my insurance that I've had for 3 months??? And told me I didn't file it last month which I did!!! The pharmacist is completely no help at all & would not help us to figure out what is going on!!! Sometimes convenience is not best cause I would absolutely travel a little farther to another pharmacy to get better service than this!!! And again, what pharmacy does not answer their phones?? And this has been going on well over a year but they claim they are short staff. I've counted 5 people behind their desk one time & no one can answer the phone??? This pack of employees are the laziest, non helpful, disrespectful bunch ever!!! CVS, do better & definitely do better on hiring individuals. The ones that worked there when my husband & I started going there was definitely better than these clowns. They took the time to help & had a smile on their face!!! I will be switching pharmacies
