Bottom Line Accounting

My name is Jesse W.. my wife and I gave Nona our taxes for two corporations and our personal back in March of 2023. Since then I have been unable to reach anyone in the office by phone. I have emailed Nona several time asking for a estimated date of completion, she only responds that they are working on it and she has had personal problems of her dad passing, which I respect and gave plenty of time even though the IRS doesnt make exceptions. We are going on 5 months since we dropped them off, still no phone calls back and no idea when they will be complete. After waiting 4 months she offered to give our deposit back, which no account ever requested a deposit, and I could come pick them up. We just want her to do our taxes as she agreed to in a timely fashion. I would not recommend her at all. We sold our home and are now living with relatives with stuff in storage because we can not apply for a line with our taxes, she has been aware of this for months. Horrible communication and service.

I too highly recommend Nona Fisher at Bottomline Accounting Tax service. We have been taking our business to her for a very long time and we know everything is secure and she is very informed about all the tax changes.
