        I don't have experience with every Wells Fargo in our county, but I can speak well of the one in Elkin NC, 28621. I could not have asked for better service for my issue. From professional and knowledgable to supportive and kind, they were outstanding.

        Pathetic! I had to make an appointment to enquire about a home equality loan because I could get no one there to answer the phone. The individual I was supposed to speak with was missing. A teller sat me down, late in someones office only to tell me we dont do those loans anymore. When I made the appointment, I stated I wanted to talk about a home equality loan. A simple glance at there notes and a phone call could have avoided my complete distrust in this institution. Why do we need you anymore? I will close my accounts. Clearly not for customer service.

        No matter when I come in I always have to wait in line. I in line now and there is four people in line, and only one teller. I need to change banks!
