        Worst Best Western we have stayed at. Very dark elevator the room smelled like smoke. The worst part is in the the morning we found 2 HUGE COCKROACHES crawling on the the wall. Definitely will NOT be back. This place needs to be cleaned up. I will be sending the pictures to corporate.

        We were having issues at our home so we had to stay here. Kaylan at the front desk was extremely nice& helpful. She gave us the best service we have ever had staying at a hotel. We will definitely be staying again just because of her.

        My room's trash can had the last residents' trash still in it. My in-room coffee maker had a very old dried up used coffee filter/bag in it. My room had definitely been smoked in recently. Was this a hotel that is good if you wanted to rent the room by the hour? yes. Was it good for a normal stay? no.

        We called for an early check in and the woman at the desk was very helpful. The light in the elevator didnt work and the ride to the top floor was dark. The overhead light in our room didnt work. We were supposed to have 2 beds and a pull out sofa and there is no sofa. One of our blankets ended up getting wet from a water spill during the trip down and there were clothes in the dryer for 3 hours so we went to bed with no blanket. The television remote didnt work and no one ever answered the front desk phone to see if there were extra batteries. I love this city but am highly disappointed in the service and amenities received at this hotel. For $160 a night I expected better.
