Nichole was like... How can I help you... never have those words meant more... Yes, please help me.
And that Nichole did, I needed a screw and a light for my microwave, and...the actual tool instead of my kitchen knife...omg! I was so embarrassed.
But Nichole just smiled. She got me everything I needed, and she even helped me at the Self-checkout, which I hate, but Nichole came through again.
I will be back, just because she recognized I needed help and she went over and beyond, and that is customer service! Thank you!
