        Ms. Karen provided wonderful, patient service. She was very thorough and gave me some tips on what I can do for next year. I was pretty worried about getting my taxes done due to having a very weird financial year after getting laid off. But she walked me through everything, and I even got a discount as a first-time customer. I know who to go back to for next year. Thank you!
