We had a great experience with Energy Consultant Bob Nowoc, who reviewed our home in Oxford, North Carolina. After a great presentation, about the benefits of solar and the opportunity that is present due to our home being in the Duke Energy service area we reviewed the house, and its orientation, along with the number of old-growth trees nearby. Based on Bobs feedback, we ended up not purchasing a solar system for our house, as we have what is classified as a cool roof. Im always impressed when a sales person and a company know their product well enough to know when its not a good fit for a client, even when the client is very excited about the opportunity.
I would strongly recommend Freedom Solar, and Bob to anyone interested in learning more about solar in the triangle market.

So far so good in working with this company. Really impressed by the professionalism and communication from everyone I have worked with so far. Shout out to Bob Nowoc and Willie Ross, my lost jersey neighbor. Bob has made sure that we know the status of our order and timelines and Willie came out for the drone flyover to make sure all was good with our roof and surrounding area. I have also received calls from the Texas coordinator Rebecca to make sure I knew that Duke would be sending me information or documents to sign. So far, I have been really impressed by the service and we are looking forward to reducing our energy bills!
