Extremely predatory sales tactics going door to door trying make a sale. A representative from this company would not leave my porch, would not properly explain what he wanted or was trying to sell, and insisted I give him personal information on my utility usage because it was "mandated by Duke Energy". The entire interaction was so unethical it blows my mind. Additionally trying to make it seem like this was something we had to do per Duke Energy is so terrible. I can easily see people who aren't used to these aggressive sales tactics get conned into something they don't want for major $$$.

Repeatedly ignores NO Solicitation signs. Comes back even after being told we are not interested.

It was soomth, and they took care of everything from reaching out to hoa to setting up appointments for inspection, i was kept in the loop the whole time and given regular updates. At no time did it feel overwhelming or did i felt like i was being rushed, their support were courteous to push my installation date when i had a last minute teavel plan. Their installation team was professional and courteous as well. They did not cause any disruption to my daily activities as they went about installing the panels. Their app kept me updated on the progress of the installation as well.
Overall, i was pleaseantly surprised at the way the whole process went without any hiccups or actions to perform on my part other than provide my approvals.
I am now waiting for the inspection to be completed by the city officials and the setup to be approved.
Definitely recommend them to anyone.
