Jackie is exactly what you hope an expert real estate agent would be: knowledgeable, responsive, understanding, and kind. I felt like our needs were clearly her top priority. We worked with Jackie to buy our first house around the end of 2022 and are happily living here now. She definitely reduced the headaches and stress that can come with buying a home, and thanks to her help we had such a great outcome even in this crazy market. Just a perfect experience overall!

We worked with Jackie to sell our home. Her team made our home look great in the pictures to the point that we were impressed with our own home when we saw the listing! You wont find anyone more professional or responsive, not to mention that Jackie is a genuinely good person that we enjoyed working with. We listed right as pandemic restrictions were put in place, so Im not sure we could have gone on the market at a worse time. Despite this, we had an offer from our first open house and ended up going under contract in less than 30 days. I dont believe any other home in our neighborhood has sold in less than 6 months. Jackie recently helped our family purchase a second home at Lake Gaston. Ive known Jackie and her family for years, but this was my first opportunity to work with her. Its been 14 years since we purchased our home in Raleigh, and I barely remembered the process. Jackie was wonderful at explaining everything to us and kept on top of every detail. Shes adept at preemptively avoiding pitfalls and dealing with problems that do occur. I dont know her secret to staying on top of it all, but she was amazing.
During our inspection, high levels of radon were discovered. Jackie explained our options, found several radon mitigation companies, helped gather quotes and drove up to Lake Gaston (1.5 hours away from Raleigh) to get the system installed. During installation she was texting photos and calling me to insure the system was installed where we wanted. Thats just one example at how she made the process easier and smoother for us.
Communication was always clear and efficient. She kept us informed and worked well with our bank, our inspectors and the sellers agent. We frequently talk about downsizing once the kids go to college, and I wont hesitate to use Jackie again.

BEST REALTOR I HAVE WORKED WITH!
During my most recent house purchase, I had the opportunity to work with Jackie. One of my friends met Jackie in a work event, he recommended her because she had been the realtor for other colleagues who highly recommended her. This wasnt my first time buying a home, so I am very familiar with the whole process. Jackie is very personable and professional, I met her at the KW Brier Creek office and after talking with her for a few minutes, a contract had been signed - She had become the official realtor.
Throughout the entire process, and even after, Jackie demonstrated that she was honest, trustworthy, hardworking, and passionate about her job. Oh! Her positive energy is contagious! The housing market was very competitive during this time and good communication was key in this process - Jackie was phenomenal. I received phone calls, text messages, and emails early in the morning, throughout the day, and late at night, all week long. She was prompt, organized, on point, and very efficient. I never felt pressured to make a rush decision during the house search and buying process.
Jackie was very knowledgeable about the local neighborhoods, strategies that sellers often use, and the processes that needed to be followed. I felt very comfortable to ask any question and Jackie always provided the answer. At times, she provided the information before I got the opportunity to ask the question. She was always ahead of the game. In the 2 months that I worked with her, I only visited properties that had the exact characteristics I was looking for. Jackies expertise and commitment led to find the right property with the right price, of course after some negotiation.
