        I was nervous using this rental management company to rent a townhome as a tenant when moving to a new area from out of state, without an ability to travel and tour the property in-person. During a time of high demand and a competitive market, scammers are frequent and tough to spot so this was of course a concern coming from out of state. SVN turned out to be legitimate and helped me not only secure the rental property I was interested in, but they were helpful and responsive even after move-in. The process of renting through them has been seamless so far with easy monthly online payments through their system and an easy-to-use online portal for maintenance requests. I have been pleased with this rental company so far.
