The absolute worst customer service Ive ever had. I was testing a bed with my boyfriend as we were discussing our purchase of an adjustable base and several pillows (we were READY to BUY) and the nasty sales rep told us that we needed to move for actual customers to try it. My entire family (who were also planning on making purchases) left having bought nothing because of their poor business practices. Wish I could leave her 0 stars.

I'm the guy who drives 44 miles just to inquire in person, so with that let me take you on a journey through the unparalleled expertise, unmatched products, and the unyielding dedication to customer satisfaction that I've encountered thus far. Having walked into the Purple showroom, with a hint of skepticism, I was originally unsure of what to expect. However, from the moment I crossed the threshold, I was enveloped in an atmosphere of professionalism. Each step of the way, from the initial greeting to the final product selection, I was met with nothing but the highest level of expertise and care. In particular, I must mention the outstanding individual who guided me through this exceptional experience - Danica. Her welcoming demeanor and keen understanding of the products immediately put me at ease. If I could have picked 30 stars I would have. I absolutely LOVE my Restore Premier Plus Soft Purple Bed and accessories; Duvet, stretchy sheets and pillow cases made of bamboo, etc.!!! I am a physician in Raleigh, NC and did a lot of research before making my decision. I have been screaming from the rooftops about how the addition of the Purple Bed has improved my life!!!! I sleep better and longer and wake rested and restored!!! The one inch squares made of hyper-elastic polymer (a purple rubber) and individual coils make me feel like I am buoyant and there is no pressure points, anywhere, even while sleeping on my side! For the first time in my life, I cannot wait to get into bed. SO MUCH COMFORT!!! I also got the adjustable base for reclining which I highly recommend. I am soooo happy that I finally got the Purple Bed. At the Purple Bed store in Durham NC, the employees Trevor and Danica are awesome and very helpful. They have gone the extra mile to assure everything is perfect!
