Benjamin is a crook. Ask him for a refund on a mattress set I never received and he refuses to return my money even offer to give him $50 out of the money I put down. And he still refused. Charges will be brought up

Superb experience! I was skeptical of buying "wholesale", but couldn't have been more wrong! Benjamin is very knowledgeable, honest and gave me the best customer service I've had in a long time!. He has a great inventory to choose from. All the choices were of high quality. I will never buy anywhere else again, or pay the premium markups! Go see Benjamin for all of your mattress needs!

In Brief:Buy your mattress here!  Shopping for a new mattress has quickly become one of the most headache inducing of all modern shopping experiences.  Not anymore!  Andy was so wonderful and knowledgeable.  He helped up pic a great mattress and was able to give an amazing deal with a free memory foam pillow. 11 our of 10 stars! Highly recommend!   Longer Version:Unlike with electronics and most other things, you can never seem to find real usable objective stats/descriptions of mattresses online.  And virtually all mattress reviews seem to be contradictory and are often flat out fake.Even the reddit page dedicated to buying a mattress, which should be a treasure trove of clear cut tips on cutting through the bull and buying a mattress is little more than a trauma ward of people commiserating about how impossible it is to shop online for a  mattress. But Durham Wholesale Mattress & Furniture changes all of that.As soon as we walked in the door, Andy swooped right in to help us find the perfect mattress.  We ended up trying out a dozen mattresses and we felt totally safe COVID-19 wise the whole time.  Andy was BEYOND patient and extremely knowledgeable about everything.  And he was able to expertly incorporate all of our specific sleep needs (side sleeping, wrestles sleepers, back pain, etc.) into a mattress selection.  Lastly, he was able to work with us based on our budget to get us a truly epic deal (I am honestly not sure how they kept from loosing money on this deal).But more than anything, you can tell that this store is based on a genuine desire to help people find the best possible mattress for them.  And Andy is just a genuinely great guy.  He was an absolute pleasure to shop with.This is the kind of store that you just want to succeed, and that you always want to shop in.  If you need a mattress and you live in the area, do yourself a favor and shop here!
