Was greeted with a warm welcome I believe his name was Brandon. He was very professional and courteous also received some warm cookies. Even while he was attending me he acknowledged the person behind me which I thought was so awesome and professional instead of having them just wait. The room was clean and spacious. House keeping was excellent and friendly. The location was good as well. I have two negative comments 1. Being the carpet needs to be updated 2. The placement of the tv is kinda weird to be on the side of the bed. Other than that will definitely stay here again. Thank you

The room we had initially smelled of mold. The only saving grace was that free cookie and the staff. Everything is old. Restaurant. Old. Hallways. Old rooms,old carpet. Bathroom was very small and room was too small. Staff is wonderful.. specially restaurant staff was great. Exterior is good.ouyside sitting area for smoking was very good with swings and moving chairs. Pool is small..Bar was very small. Rooms: Very small and messy.annoying smell in the room.carpet was dirty.

I stayed here overnight and was not impressed. Room was subpar at best. Was not very clean, the bed was tilted at the top so sleeping was very uncomfortable. The a/C unit had a weird disgusting smell when I turned the heat on. There was black stuff on the walls and dirt around the toilet. If I wouldve been staying here for more than a couple of hours i definitely wouldve complained. The lobby is nice but the rooms are not. If youre looking for uncleanliness this is your spot!

Hallways and Rooms need some tlc. Start by getting rid of that tired brown carpet and adding more lighting throughout. The bathroom is decent, but most of the furniture in the room is dated and in need of a refresh. If youre assigned room 318, I hope they reseal the windows. The lack of sealing made the room drafty and allowed highway noise to seep in. Decent last minute choice for dreamville, however I should have booked early for the other hotels that our friends are at which are more modernized. Also, I understand we checked in late, however it would have been appreciated to be offered a different rate since our room was switched.
