Green Hill Contracting

I really dislike leaving poor reviews for small businesses like this but I think its warranted. I have a project that seems up their alley- yet Ive had trouble scheduling with them. I was cancelled on last minute because of an emergency on their end- but I wasnt followed up with diligently. This last minute cancellation on their end frustrated the sellers (of the house were buying) and prevented my wife and I from entering the house before closing. Again, they seem like nice and genuine people but this isnt a professional way to treat prospective customers.

If you are looking for any kind of renovation or remodeling projects done, Greenhill Contracting is hands down the company you need to work with. Chelsea has an unwavering dedication to her company and she is focused on ensuring her clients are well taken care of from beginning to end! This company is extra special because it is a woman-owned company with decades of combined knowledge and experience, from some of the best in the business standing with it. If you are in the Raleigh-Durham/Triangle area and need remodeling services, you would be doing yourself a HUGE disservice not to contact Chelsea and her team at Greenhill!

In addressing my bathroom project, Chelsea and her team were very professional in sharing insights to answer my questions. As a result, the completed project reached a most satisfactory conclusion. Much thanks to Chelsea and her Green Hill Contracting team!

I had a great experience working with Chelsea and her team. We completed 4 separate projects over the past few months: 1) enclosed an open room to an office space on the 1st floor; 2) converted a section of the kitchen to a mud/drop space; 3) gutted and updated the laundry room to add storage; 4) updated the master bedroom by replacing carpet with hardwood floors, ceiling work and new paint. From start to finish, I enjoyed working with the Green Hill team. They were responsive and timely and provided solid design feedback and suggestions. The tradesmen were skilled, polite, and made an effort to protect our home from additional wear and tear during the project (i.e. put down butcher block paper on porch and hallways to protect floors and meticulously covered furniture), and they cleaned up at the end of each day. No reno project is without its bump, but the difference between a good and bad contractor is their communication and timeliness to resolve, and Chelsea was in close contact throughout the project and quickly resolved all issues that surfaced. She and the team kept me updated on the timeline and ensured everything was completed to our satisfaction. Chelsea is personable and patient, and I wouldn't hesitate to work with Green Hill Contracting again on future home projects. I highly recommend them to others!
