As a community manager, we have a lot of options for vendors in our communities. We have been pleased with the outcome of the projects completed by Carrington and we look forward to working with them again!

Unsure why their employees feel the need to urinate outside behind the dumpsters in my community. The HOA in my community utilizes their services so they are onsite at various times. I get everyone needs to urinate, but really behind a dumpster so that one of the 150+ homeowners can just walk up on you while you're relieving yourself? I do not want to see that much of a strange man while I'm taking out my trash. Call me a prude, but it's unprofessional given this is not their property, they were hired to perform a service, plus there is a gas station less than a mile away. As I was walking down the stairs today to take out the trash, yet again (as this was not the first time) there was one of their trucks, door open, and the employee behind the dumpster.

Carrington just completed a power washing project for my 200 unit Townhome Community in Hillsborough. This community used a vinegar based solution, per the request of the Board, and they did a FANTASTIC job. Mike Reedy was responsive, professional and the crew was amazing! We are going to be using them on a regular basis going forward. Thank you Mike for everything!
