Hansell Plus

After months of planning, we decided to replace a very large 1000lf. deck with composite decking and cable rail. Drew at Hansell + helped us from the beginning to finish with this project. Drew researched materials, created a sketch of the new design, and quickly went into action. He was mindful of our budget, and helped us save money in many areas. David, the main carpenter was at our house daily in during rain or shine, and worked diligently making our vision a reality. Upon completion, there were only a couple minor "punchlist" items to touch on. Compared to some of the projects HP was working on, I know ours was relatively small. Drew and his crew treated us with respect and professionalism. I never felt like my project was left on the back-burner to tend to larger projects. Kristen in the main office of HP was also very helpful with invoicing and finance questions. It was nice the way that they all worked together so well from project mgt./design to billing. At this point it has been six months since the new deck was built. We have had 0 issues with the new deck and cable rail. I would recommend Hansell Plus to anyone looking for skilled work on decking and porch remodeling. It has been a year since Drew and his team turned our unfinished attic space into a playroom and a home office, and we still couldn't be happier! Drew has a knack for visualizing the finished space and guiding us to make sound and cost-effective decisions. We always felt like he had the best interest of us and the project at heart. Every subcontractor he used was kind, polite, helpful, and did quality work. We will 100% use him for any additional home improvements! We had a wonderful experience with Hansell Plus on a kitchen renovation, which involved installing new floor tiles, backsplash, custom cabinets, and painting of the cabinets. The Hansell team was well-organized and very responsive, and finished in the allotted timeframe indicated (without going over budget).
