Stanley was very professional and completed my work as promised. Patti saw to every need as soon as it was given to her. The quality of work could not have been better. I most definitely will use them again. Having read these other reviews, I don’t see how they were talking about the same company. I would be glad to talk to anyone considering using them who might have doubts. They never responded to my calls, or online request. Me and a member of my team contacted this company on different occasions. I was promised a call back, however, she never got a response from them. I understand the operation of business, as I am the Operations manager for my company, but I also understand how important it is to respond to customers, and vendor calls, emails, messages etc.. But not responding shows the magnitude of your professionalism, and company core values as a whole. Needless to say we are still awaiting a response from them.

Sunrise Contracting installed a metal building for me several years ago. It was an awful experience. First, they bent the trusses when lifting them with the crane. No concern from them that they damaged my materials. Also, the piers are cupped and hold water encouraging premature rusting of the anchoring pieces. One of the doors wouldn't close right (probably because of the bend in the truss . . .) so they just pulled the frame wider with a piece of sheet metal. They were unresponsive to these issues I have just have to live with it. The experience dealing with this outfit still burns.
