A great overall birthing class. Jenny & Elise were very thoughtful in their presentation on the evidence for and against many of the hot topics of giving birth in these classes. Many opportunities to have feedback and communication throughout. Would recommend for anyone to take this class with their partner.

The value of this course cannot be overstated! I came to the class feeling fearful and unsure about childbirth, but left feeling empowered to make decisions concerning my labor and delivery. Jenny and Elise's warm personalities, thorough knowledge, and experience as doulas (as well as their personal experience of delivering four children each!) make this course the invaluable gem that it is.

Awesome birth class that dives deep and invites questions. They cover all aspects of pregnancy, delivery, and life with a newborn and offer insight into all approaches to labor and delivery. My husband and I feel so much more confident about our first delivery and are so grateful for the resources and knowledge that was passed down to us over the 6 weeks!

We are expecting our third child in a few months and were looking for a refresher birthing class. Bull City Beginnings' crash course was just what we were hoping for and more! We learned things about the history of birth and all forms of intervention that we'd never learned in previous courses (or from doing the real thing twice before!). Jenny is so knowledgable! I left feeling excited for another labor and delivery and confident in advocating for the birth experience we are hoping for.
