Carolina Birth and Wellness

We cannot recommend Carolina Birth and Wellness enough! From early pregnancy, through labor, and support afterwards- they were amazing every step of the way. We took their online course on giving birth in the triangle, had Maris & Ashton as our amazing doula team, and they connected us to a lactation consultant in our first week home. Maris & Ashton were incredible. In our two prenatal visits they helped walk us through all our labor/birth options and gave us confidence going into our first childbirth experience. Maris was on call when we were in labor and we truly could not have done it without her! She helped talk us through decisions, pain management, and was our biggest advocate through a long labor. We are so grateful to have found Carolina Birth and Wellness and plan to continue using them for our postpartum needs and then again future pregnancies. Thank You!

We cannot thank CBW enough for introducing us to Stephanie Gleason, our amazing postpartum doula. You never think someone will change your life, but Stephanie was the best part of my fourth trimester. Especially for first time moms, its such a vulnerable, stressful time and she made it a joy. Looked forward to all her visits! She completely changed the way we plan to parent our daughter and cannot thank her enough for the time she spent with our new family. And recco Chanel for a postpartum massage, again amazing. One of the best massages Ive ever had and option to come to your home.

I had a physically intensive pregnancy and their prenatal/postnatal massages and prenatal yoga really helped to keep me moving and provide me with pain relief. Carolina Birth and Wellness carried me through my pregnancy.Not only that, they offered me helpful tips/services every time I came to visit. If you are pregnant or postpartum I highly recommend this practice!

We love the CBW team! Our doulas, Jekisha and Ashley, were phenomenal, providing excellent support and care throughout my pregnancy. They always promptly answered my questions--and there were many as this was my first pregnancy--over text whenever questions or issues popped up, and we loved our two in-person prenatal meetings with them to prepare for birth. I felt amazingly supported throughout the labor/delivery process (Ashley was with us for over 18 hours!), and she did an in-person postnatal check in to see how we were healing and adjusting to new parenthood. We also loved the email messages from Emily throughout pregnancy sharing incredibly timely resources and guidance based on how far along I was and the monthly support zoom calls with other expecting families. Prenatal massages with Chanel were also fantastic. I cannot recommend CBW enough!

100% recommend Carolina Birth and Wellness for any first time moms out there. We had Maris and Ashton as part of our birth team. With the two prenatals, they helped clarify so many questions we had as new parents, guided us with setting up a birth plan and understand all about birth and postpartum. Ashton was exceptional to have with us in the hospital and helped us throughout labor and delivery by being an advocate for us. Thankful for this team for their support!
