Karen and Lloyd are amazing! Relocating to a new state, being a first time homebuyer and throw in a global pandemic, the process was a bit overwhelming but Karen and Lloyd were with us each step of the way. We are so appreciative of their professionalism, attentiveness and concern for our needs. Beth Williams at Odell Realty was absolutely wonderful to work with. We were looking to purchase our first home in Charlotte, and Beth was recommended from a friend. We didn't know much about what to do. She was very helpful by explaining each step and was patient to answer any questions we had. She was responsive and went above and beyond for us. My fiance and I were first time homebuyers in this crazy housing market. Thanks to guidance from our realtor Don Bickel, we were able to land the perfect house. Don treated us as if we were family - after the first few meetings he got a great sense of our style and what made the most sense for us at this point in our lives. Not only was Don great at showing houses, he had a knack for making confusing financial information seem like a breeze.
When Don wasn't available to show a home, Lloyd and his team were quick to step in. That was extremely important considering how quickly homes were flying off the market! I could tell the communication between the team members at Odell is spot on, because Lloyd knew exactly the kind of things we were looking for in a home as well. That's not something you can get with a larger agency. I would definitely recommend Odell realty to anyone in the Charlotte area looking for a home!
