Sunny sold our house in the Peninsula. She did a great job. Being French, I was not familiar with the process of staging, open houseand she helped us along the way. She was very professional, responsive and always here for us in a friendly manner. She perfectly understood our requirements and sticked to our price and timeframe. Im so glad she was our realtor. Sunny is the ultimate professional. She helped us buy and sell 1 house and also buy a 2nd. She knows the area well, and really helped us find exactly what we were looking for. She also educated us about buying lakefront t property, and what to look for. I highly recommend her!

I can't recommend enough Sunny Yates Realty, buying or selling a house comes with a lot of moving parts and choosing correctly your real state agent will make an incredible difference.
The real state market is complicated and having somebody that can guide you on what will be your most important asset is very important.
Sunny has this ability to listen to you, help you to converge to define your criteria and find what you looking for.
But over all her quality, for me her honesty is prime, she never hesitated to tell me her opinions on any properties, so that I would not oversee some important details (there are so many aspect to take in consideration). Because it's never about the sale for her, but rather about the long term relationship she will have with you.
I have so many friends that told me about their real state acquisition experience in way that was more a nightmare than anything else. I'm grateful to have cross Sunny's path and she can be sure that I'll call her and nobody else when for any of real state needs.
