Desk attendant was very nice, helpful, and very professional. We reserved ahead of time and were in our room in minutes. Room was very clean. We ordered Chinese food and the restaurant didnt send any cutlery. Luckily, the attendant was able to quickly provide the cutlery for us, as they do have a free hot breakfast with sausage, biscuits, eggs, waffles,hot or cold cereal, fresh fruit,etc;etc. Overall a pleasant nights stay.

I booked for Feb 16th to the 18th got checked about 3:07pm ran some errands and got a called emergency family realized with the situation at hand I would not be able to stay the whole weekend. Went back to the hotel and told the front desk clerk, he said no problem but you'll be charge for 1 day and the rest refunded because I paid in full I stated ok fine. 2weeks later I'm checking account see Im.chaeged the full amount for 1 day stay. Head to hotel yesterday wait hour for Manager who they claim was name Chris he never showed up, told employee to tell me he can't issue a refund because of it being guaranteed pay. This is ridiculous so basically I was screwed for 1 day of stay will not be booking with again and contacting the news to let them know about this. Hotel is also in a horrible location hard to get in and out because of traffic.
