Service still terribleUpdate, they are definitely clowns from a service perspective. So I placed a drive thru mobile order last week. By the time I got home its was late and my kids figured out they shorted me a fry. Fast forward to this week and I placed another order and at the drive thru I showed them my receipt and asked for a credit or free fry. They said no way its against their policy and I would have come back by the next day to get a credit. Come on chic fil a. Check my lifetime status guys. I dont need the $2.45 fries and can afford plenty of the overpriced fries but do right especially by your loyal customers. Were done here Joe, find another customer
