      image I ordered food from Jimmy Johns on Sunday around 4:30-5:00pm. The driver dropped my food off, knocked on the door and left without taking a payment. I received a phone call on this Monday morning at about 10:30am, while I'm at work, a manager asking to come to my home to retrieve a payment, because his driver usually take credit payments, and didn't know it was a cash payment. Now where I work, if this sort of thing happens it comes out of my check. The manager was rude and I do not feel he needs to show up at my door due to lack of training. With him being rude bout the situation, I will NOT be ordering from them again.
