        The folks at the Cornelius Truist Branch are amazing! I don't live in Cornelius but I will go out of my way to go there for any type of transaction that requires a visit to the branch. They are fast, efficient, helpful and - most of all - always cheerful and welcoming! I've been there when it's quiet and I've been there when it's busy: customer service is always top notch. Thank you!

        My old leasing office was trying to say that I did not pay my November rent. I called the bank and Lesley was able to send me my proof of payment in 2 minutes. Truist in Cornelius is the very best bank. Thank you Lesley!!!

        Keep on having bad experiences with this bank in general. I was made to feel like a criminal this morning and was hung up on by the Branch manager in Cornelius. Very unprofessional. DO NOT recommend them at all.
