An inspection report came back for our 1,100 Sq ft house that we are selling and items were flagged for repair in the crawlspace. Doing our own due diligence, we received six quotes to address the buyers crawlspace concern. Two estimates that we received were shocking expensive and included a laundry list of items. These quotes were $48,000 and $39,000. The most expensive estimate suggested they would need to remove everything in the house and dismantle the entire floor to remedy the situation of this recently fully renovated house. Michael was the fifth professional to come out to inspect the area. The first words that he said to me when entering the crawlspace was that almost all of the boards looked new. After he finished his assessment, he verbally told me that only a few items needed to be fixed and he explainedthose items and there locations. He also said that I would have his formal estimate within the hour, which proved to be true. The total estimate came to only $5,500, well below these other outrageous estimates!! Michael was very personable, honest and straightforward with his assessment and total cost. If you want to save yourself time and money, contact M&M. I highly recommend his company especially if you don't want to get taken advantage of.
