This has been the worst car buying experience for me and it was the first time I ever bought a car. I didn't have my car a week and it broke down on me. I've been waiting for almost 2 weeks for them to fix my car because they sold me a warranty that didn't cover the water pump and serpentine belt. I've been calling them every day and they dodge my calls. I've been upset with them!

Having to come out our pockets to fix a car that broke down in 3wk and 4 yrs before it's paid off I apologize
I guess we can try the BBB and write a letter to the attorney general
Or see about the Lemon law something got to work

My daughter got her car financed with these people . My self my daughter and my nana were lied to. The car my daughter got is trash and they try to make her pay to fix it and she only had the car for 3 weeks there was a light on in the car from the beginning they never fixed it right the first time like they were supposed to. They are acting like the guy Ross isnt there when we call. WARNING DO NOT get a car from this place. We will be reaching out to our lawyer!
