        The whole experience with the Concord location was horrible. They rescheduled my appointment and then transferred the new date to another location without notifying me. The new location didnt even do hitch installations on those days. This leaves us with very little time to find someone to install a trailer hitch that is needed for a trip. This appointment was schedule a month in advance and they could have just been honest and said they wouldnt be able to do the install instead of pawning it off on another location without notice and at the last minute. Will never recommend Uhaul installations to anyone.

        The installer, Vincent, communicated throughout my wait of how much longer it would take. Also, the final installation was exactly what I wanted!
