Said they filled up my tank, charged me 650$ but somehow my tank is on empty!!!! It's 25 degrees at night and I have small kids. When I call the representative either hangs up on me or puts me on hold until I hang up...... thieves

I am very unhappy. They charge me a tank rental because they say I do not buy enough gas but refuse to sell me the tank. Nobody else can fill the tank because they say Thomas Gas owns it and the prices are higher here than other places in town. They have got me. Been a customer for 20yrs and still do not own the tank and never will....

We have stuck with this company since they changed from Thomas Gas. Been a customer for many years. Found out they charge over 1.00 more pr gallon than other companys. We asked them if they could match the lesser price and they said no. They will be loosing us as a customer. 0 stars from me!

Stay away from Amerigas!!!! If you currently have them SWITCH, if you are looking to have Propane installed DO NOT use Amerigas! I promise you will save yourself a lot of headache by choosing ANYONE other than Amerigas!

RUN AWAY from AmeriGas. This is the worst company to purchase propane from - I highly recommend you contact Ferrel Gas as they deliver to Concord. I setup one delivery with AmeriGas to my property that I purchased. The tank at my property, which was owned by the previous owner, had been at my property since the 90's. However, AmeriGas wrote in my contact that it was Company Owned. A year later (April 2023), I got a bill for tank rent? I called and have been arguing with them for days now about why they are charging me rent on MY PROPERTY that was never owned by AmeriGas. They want proof from the 1990's that it was purchased?? They refuse to look at the previous owners account to verify that he owned it. Long story short - go with another propane delivery company and never sign any service contacts unless they confirm you own the tank FIRST.
