I brought my car in for an inspection and to have a part replaced that I was told a few months before I was on recall but they didn't have in and were unable to get one. I told them about needing the inspection and the part that was not in stock the time before...they told me the person who told me it was a recall was mistaken and it would be $860...I told them never mind, not wanting to replace it right now, not for that price. They finish my inspection and I go to pay, over $200 dollars...I said FOR WHAT? To run the diagnostic and inspection. I said I didn't need diagnostic I had been there prior for that and told them what was wrong because diagnostic was run a couple months prior. They removed the charge and I appreciate it, but had I been someone who didn't question I would have been paying for diagnostic when I did not need it, it had already been ran. I just feel like they should listen to their customers when they arrive and see prior services before sticking a computer on the car and charging $160. to do it!

Went in a couple of days ago to get the first service on my new Buick and have an aftermarket accessory installed. There was a bit of misunderstanding about the accessory but the service manager quickly resolved the issue. Good folks to deal with.
