        HOA will harass you for minor violations even when you fix to the best of your ability. We got harassed every week to pressure wash the siding of house. Money is tight right now so we did it ourselves and it actually looks good to the naked eye. However, we got fined and theyre threatening to fine more. So much more I could complain about the HOA. Lived there for 8 years with little to no improvements to neighborhood. Its the same raggedy pool since my aunt was living there and that was back in 06
