Went yesterday, awesome experience! Got a contact exam with Dr Madison and Maddie, and consultant let me know that they price match contacts with Costco, so it was a great deal. Will be back :)

Yesterday my daughter, husband and I all got eye exams from Dr. Madison here and it was the smoothest experience ever! The tech Maddie was so kind and efficient and fixed both pairs of my daughters old glasses, all while we waited for our exam. This is our second time at the location and wed never go anywhere different.

I paid to get some eyelashes that were poking my eyeball removed. But they did not remove them all and when I called back after to get it done again because they didnt do it the first time they want to charge me again do not use not good customer service.

Do not waste your money. Even with insurance my glasses cost me several hundred dollars - and they are completely useless. They are tri-focal and I am unable to read with them. I have taken them back twice to fix and they are no better. I have given up using them and have been using my old glasses. They have refused refund my glasses so it was a complete waste of money. I have been wearing glasses most of my life and have a checkup once a year and my glasses replaced once a year. I have used several different companies over the years to make my glasses and this is the first time they have been completely useless. They have no idea what they are doing.
