        We ordered blinds for our bedroom. The process was easy and we were well supported by The Shade Store staff with any question we had. The blinds arrived right on time. Installation was a breeze. The instructions were clear. The blinds look terrific! I highly recommend this vendor.

        I order my shades from the Shade Store in Charlotte NC. My associate was Rhiannon Jennerich. She was awesome! She let me take my time going over the different styles and fabrics. (As a backdrop to this post: I live in Hilton Head. I had ordered shutters for some of my windows and the overall start to finish took about 12 weeks.) So, I was prepared for the same wait time if I decided to go with the Shade Company. Well, that was not what happened. I chose a very pretty shade pattern called Lazy Rain. I did the measurements virtually with another associate who was very very helpful and kind--Jim Sauter. Yes I was nervous with this virtual measuring, but I was assured it was being done correctly--we were on TEAMS. My shades arrived directly to my home on the day I was told they would arrive. Chris arrived a few days later and hung all 15 shades with out a problem!! I would definitely use the Shade Company again--I am going to add drapes in the near future. Thank you Rhiannon, Jim and Chris! They are first rate and very professional. a very satisfied customer, Mary McAdams
