        We began our search for blinds and shades in Charlotte by doing a google search and found The Shade Store was the only one with walk-in hours. We wanted to touch and see the options in a no-pressure environment and so we dropped in during business hours. The person who greeted us was helpful and easy to work with. Through a series of taking samples home, emailing questions and coming back to the store, we made our selections and eventually placed our order. The team at The Shade Store promptly answered our emails and met their appointment times, both for measuring and for installing. The installer did the work in such a way that there was no drilling dust or debris left behind. It's these simple things, done consistently, that have merited the highest rating.
